When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1-2 business days processing time. Once your package has been shipped you will be notified with a tracking number via email. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Can I ship my package to a different address?
No, you cannot. Your shipping address must match your billing address, or your order will be canceled.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking information via email. You can track package transit time on USPS.
For information about the exact location of your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier as we only know as much information you can see on the tracking website.
My order was stolen, how can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure you provide the correct mailing information.
In the case of misplaced items after shipment, please contact your local postal service.
What happens if my items arrive damaged?
It is out of our control how carriers handle fragile items in our absence. We assure you our products are packaged to withstand rough handling during transit.
Should your package arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours to report any damages. After 24 hours we have the right to reject any claims of damaged items.
Steps to report damaged items:
- Contact us with a clear picture of the damaged product.
- Provide your order number during time of contact.
- Provide the arrival date of your package.
Note: It is important that you inspect your package within 24 hours of receiving your package as we have the right to reject damaged claims.

Please ensure that the address provided at checkout is valid and accurate. Should your package be mailed to the wrong address at no fault of ours, we shall accept zero liability and not issue store credit or exchange. In the event where the package is returned to sender, we will ship it back once an accurate address has been provided. Customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees if the package is returned due to missing information. Please note orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
