Refund / Return Policy
We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept returns in exchange for store credit IF APPLICABLE / ACCEPTABLE.
Return inquiries can be made at zuriiluxe@gmail.com for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT within 7 days from the date the order was received. The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage.
CONDITIONS
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
The item/ items will be REJECTED and SHIPPED back to you, should any of the noted is not met.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package should the item be defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
